Database maintenance affecting the tado° app

We are planning a database maintenance which will result in a partial availability to our tado° app. During this timeframe, the tado° app may still load, but it may show an error when trying to change some settings.

For our V3+ customers: controlling room temperatures via the app may fail during the maintenance window. Nevertheless, it is always possible to control the room temperature by operating the device manually. For more information, please visit https://support.tado.com/en/articles/3405564.
